Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012. Section 101.

Whitikahu Winery Limited, 429 Whitikahu Road, RD1, Taupiri, Private Company has made application to the District Licensing Committee at Ngaruawahia for  a n Off licence in respect of cellar door retail shop and the website

wvvw.blueland.co.nz operated from the premises situated at 429 Whitikahu Road, RD 1, Taupiri.

The general nature of the business to be conducted under the licence is to operate as  a cellar door retail shop and Remote Sales.

Hours of condition on the licence application are: For cellar door, from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Sunday; for Remote Sales at any time on any day and Deliveries on Monday to Sunday 7am to 10pm. No alcohol is sold on or delivered from the premises on Good Friday, or Christmas Day, or before 1pm on Anzac Day.

The application may be inspected at Waikato District Council during normal office hours at 15 Galileo Street, Ngaruawahia.

Any person who is entitled to object and wishes to object to the issue of the licence may, not later than 15 working days after the date of the publication of this notice, file a notice of, file a notice in writing of the objection with the

Secretary of the District Licensing Committee a t Waikato District Council, Private Bag 544, Ngaruawahia 3742

No objection to the issue of a licence may be made in relation to a matter other than a matter specified in section 105(1) of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.
